Payment:

Which payment possibilities are available to me?

For new customers, the payment shall be made by cash in advance. For existing customers, the standard payment terms: from preservation of invoice net.

Sample:

Can I get a sample on demand?

Yes. The shipments of samples are possible within from 1 to 3 days. Please, show understanding that we charge samples plus forwarding expenses.

Advertisements:

What must I notice by the provision of my setting copy for the Advertisements?

We need the setting copy for the advertisement digital. Here, some technical conditions are to be noticed:

Software
Adobe illustrator 11.0 and CorelDraw 14.0 are used for the file production of your setting copy. Similarly, lower versions of these programmes can be used. Data from word processing and presentation programs such as Word and Powerpoint, are not suitable for prepress.

Writings
In the setting copy used writings should be converted into curves or paths in vector graphics.

Logos
In a file embedded logos should be always added separately as a vectorized eps. file.

Can achilles help me in the graphic preparation for my Advertisements?

Yes, we are happy to assist with the preparations for your advertising graphic! A layout allows us to visualise your individual wishes and images all around your Advertisements. Your logo can be placed virtually on any desired item. You already received prior to the actual ordering a realistic impression of how your promotional items will look after the production.

Preparation of printing templates
If requested we are working on your setting copy and process this in such a way that a flawless printability and an optimum result of the advertisements are guaranteed. The calculation is based on this effort.

Shipping:

How high are the forwarding expenses?

The calculation of the cost of packing and shipping each order is according to actual expenditures. Certainly, we calculate these costs in advance and let you know immediately, so that you are always informed of the resulting total cost of your order. In general, we ship our products via UPS. Beyond a certain extent, the goods will be delivered by freight and billed separately according to actual expenditures. Even the shipping abroad is possible. This is also calculated after expenses including any charges levied by customs and handling costs.

With which delivery times must I count?

The delivery time of product on stock without advertisement is in Germany approximately 2 to 4 days. For orders of stock with advertisement (only label print) encloses the delivery time after production release from approx. 2 to 3 weeks. The delivery time for custom-made goods with other Printing (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) and articles in special colors is approximately 12 to 14 weeks after production release.

Is a dispatch possible abroad?

Even the shipping abroad is possible. This is also calculated after expenses including any charges levied by customs and handling costs.
